Offer specialist contract documentation

          Invite formal tenders via contract specific documentation

             Assess tender return – Discuss tender merits with client / engineers

             Appoint contractors on clients behalf

Project Management of Drilling & Testing Operations

          Full time involvement of on site supervision of sub-contractors

             Recording of work progress, etc.

             All drilling consents,  EA requirements and License applications undertaken

             Tier 1,2 & 3 risk assessments carried out ( analytical & numerical thermal modelling )

             EA Test pumping programmes to BS 6316 standard supervised

             Liaise with local authority and arrange highway closure / suspensions for drilling plant
